Gateau à la banane

Une petite recette qui m’est passée par la tête et qui donne du baume au coeur 🙂

  • 200 grammes de farine
  • 200 grammes de beurre
  • 200 grammes de sucre
  • 4 oeufs
  • 3 bananes
Ecraser les 3 bananes dans un bol jusqu’à obtenir une purée. Laissez reposer
Faire fondre le beurre à feu doux.
Dans un grand bol mélanger la farine, le sucre et les oeufs. Mélanger jusqu’à obtenir une pâte homogène
Incorporer le beurre. Mélanger jusqu’à ce que le beurre disparaisse.
Incorporer les bananes. Mélanger
Mettre dans un plat. Puis au fou  20 minutes à 180 degré.
Se marie délicieusement avec un chocolat chaud

Je trouve que 200g de sucre c’est beaucoup
ça ne faisait pas trop sucré ?
Sinon c’est la recette d’un quatre quart et avec des bananes ça doit être bon
